Questions before you come

What's a gathering like? +

Worship includes singing, confession and forgiveness, Scripture, a sermon, the creed, and Holy Communion. Come as you are — we'll help you find your way.

What's the music like? +

The early gathering is more traditional, usually hymns with organ or piano. The later gatherings are contemporary, led by a band.

How do people dress? +

Everything from Michigan t-shirts to sundresses. There's no dress code. You'll fit in.

What about my kids? +

Bring them. Kids are welcome in the gathering. There are also spaces for parents to step out if they want, plus age-ready options during the sermon at the later gathering.

Can I take Communion? +

Everyone is welcome to come forward. Because Communion is a statement of our unity of faith, we ask that those who have been baptized, prepared themselves, and share our beliefs receive. If that's new to you, come forward and cross your arms over your chest for a blessing — then talk with a pastor after.

How can I get connected? +

Pastors greet at the doors on Sundays, and a host can answer questions. Prefer email? Fill out the connect form and follow us on Instagram or Facebook.
